This meetup is the first after our summer break. We will do a quick wrap up of what we talked about during our previous IoT talks and workshops. In this talk, we want to introduce a more problematic side when using IoTs. How easy is it for someone to hack into IoT devices and what would be the first step of reducing the likelihood of being hacked?
Our speaker is amongst other, Matthew Carr, he is the organizer of another Meetup here in Malmö, called Smash The Stack. We will join our meetups with the intention to give you a bit more critical way of thinking when using IoTs and raise awareness as well as a technical input of what is possible today to hack into IoTs, and discussing together of what can be possible in the future.
